And vintage or closed canon. My point is really, things old enough that it seems silly to make secrets for them.

If you look at the secrets, you'll notice that a good 1/4th of them are all for canons that have been closed for 5 years or more. And the FS commenters never treat it as "silly" to make secrets for an older fandom.

Nah, that's only when a secret rehashes old wank that had been wanked to death years ago, like Snape/Lily stuff or bashing Rose Tyler.
