I live here, and you icon is one of the reasons I hate it. BUT I AM A RABID POT SMOKING GAY MARRYING UNIONIZING NDP PINKO HIPPIE WHO BLAMES THE CONSERVATIVE GOVERNMENT FOR COZYING UP TO BUSH DURR HURR.

Admittedly, it's not all bad. And I'm probably one of those people who will find fault in any country.

It's just not traditionally Canadian humour, you know? Needs moar self-depreciation. Although on certain terms, I suppose, a strong association with the States is the ultimate self-depreciation.

I'm not really in fandom as a participant, I'm just here for the lulz. But I do have several local friends who are active in fandom. And also watching this community.

SO. ARE. ARE YOU ENJOYING THE WEATHER? WASN'T THE -16C YESTERDAY LOVELY? DELICIOUS WIND CHILL ETC.

Whenever I see someone from Halifax on the internet, I wonder if I've met them.

Oh neat. Yeah, I don't really do anything in fandom other than, yuhknow, actually watch the shows and read the books.

I DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. I VENTURED TO QUINPOOL THIS MORNING AND HAVEN'T ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE MY PLACE SINCE.

Man, I've only lived here since last September, so ... who knows? I'd laugh if you knew my roommate. She seems to know everyone.

Crazy right? I like to talk about the shows/books/games, but I'm not into fanfiction and I don't RP.

OH HAY YOU SAID A STREET NAME I KNOW LAWL. I like Quinpool, but I wish it had a nice bar. I spent the New Year at that pub place near Video Difference, drinking tea and watching the countdown.

I don't really get around, on account of I hate most people, so unless your roommate is cephiedvariable, I probably don't know her.

Oh Quinpool, what would I do without you? Grocery store, Canadian Tire, video stores, my bank...

I like walking down Quinpool with a hangover mid-morning to find a carnival on the street. Chocolate fountain and all.

I'd go out, but if strangers tried starting conversations with me I'd be like "WHO ARE YOU WEIRD PERSON, WE'VE NEVER MET, STOP HITTING ON ME PLEASE YOU ARE OBNOXIOUS" and try to get away as quickly as possible. Except I wouldn't be that tactful. Or nice.

THAT ALWAYS HAPPENS TO ME ON QUINPOOL. :/ (no not the chocolate fountain)
For the last few years it's been getting creepier and creepier, and there are always shady looking people staring at me when I walk down the steet. ;__;
Maybe it's just because I don't live near Quinpool anymore? I do not know. >:
