Molly was eleven in issue one, and since not even a year has passed since then (Chase has just turned eighteen as of Vaughan's last arc), I'd say she's twelve at the oldest.

Yes, and canonically, she does it for attention and is in fact much smarter and more mature than how she normally appears.

Not really. Maybe some times, yes, but it's not like none of the other characters don't act like they're five years old at times too.
