Actually, Peach's face is longer and more feminine, whereas Daisy's face is square. Also, Daisy has shorter hair.

Ah, sorry. I was thinking about Daisy's appearance in Super Smash Bros. Melee (where she's just a color change for Peach) more than the latest Mario game incarnations. You're right!
