A rich white person with access to endless amounts of quality medical care and plastic surgery? I couldn't care less. I was so disheartened that it immediately became about how "beautiful" she is, because it just continues to hammer the point home that trans people will never be accepted unless they are 100% "passing", which is goddamned impossible unless you have the money to do it.

She was just as much a woman when she was giving her interview with Diane Sawyer as she is now on the cover of Vanity Fair. We should have been celebrating then.
