Okay, so the idea is, there'd be some work to get everything up and running, and then some small amount of work afterwards to maintain it, but basically, women would set up super efficient subsistence farming...stuff, and hardly have to do anything at all.

Also, the farming and the housing and everything would be so in harmony with the environment that it would have exactly zero impact on it.

Basically, she has no idea what actually living off the land is like.
