I like Narnia. And I love Middle Earth which is also problematic, though definitely not the most problematic thing I like.

I generally don't think of Middle-earth as problematic. A lot of the issues that people bring up seem to be reaching or deliberately misreading what's there.

Sure, there might be problems but on the list of things that need to be called out, this one is so very low.

Oh, I agree. There are definitely some things, mostly either gender related or the really conservative stuff interwoven into the world, but I really do try to consider things within the time they were written. I don't expect things from 30+ years ago or whatever to be super progressive.

And mostly I just don't care because Middle Earth is awesome.
