16. Not to piss on the parade or anything, but there are people who hate books and movies. They just can't stand the very idea of them. I don't personally know any, but it's not totally outside the realm of possibility. Also, anime and manga, though diverse, still claim some degree of enduring stylistic or cultural uniformity in most cases. There are overall similarities (mostly superficial). Maybe that's what turns those people off. I mean, I agree that people who write something off pointblank are close-minded, but... racist?

My boss at my old job hated music. All music. It boggled me and I still think he's a bit of a tard, but some people are just like that - and really, it's their loss.

And racist? Pbff. Yeah, because the only media that the Japanese consume is anime, right.
