The first thing is that your Livejournal is your Livejournal; you can do whatever you want with it within the bounds of internet capability. So go ahead and make it yours. Don't want anyone else to see it? Private it. Have fun with your own livejournal at first, and well, if other people don't comment, you're enjoying your own stuff. XP

Some people have suggested RPGs...I add to that sentiment. Even though the only RPG I was in died and I don't keep up with any of them anymore, sadly enough (except two), just being in one will make you more open and used to the whole fandom-livejournal-friend thing.

No one really comments on my entries either, and yeah, I'm a bit bummed out by that, but psssssssh I'm having way too much fun commenting on comms and posting things on my Lj (taking to account whether the flist would/should care and locking accordingly) and other things that LJ is overall, a fun place to be.

Being in the two RPs I am in...is...well it's doing both good and bad. I have met a few friends from one, but at the same time it makes me worry how well I RP. Public RPing is very nerve-wracking for me. But I am going to keep with it since I know it is good for me and has been doing a bit of good.

But you're right. I think I worry too much- I worry about whether I come off as annoying, I worry about whether I comment to them too much, then I worry if I'm trying too hard to be their friend. I will keep trying, though and I won't give up. And I will just have fun! If people continue to ignore me, then fine- they probably aren't worth worrying about in that case.
