Have you watched awful movies just because one of your favorite actors was in it?

I watched My Bloody Valentine and I wish that I hadn't.

I watched Centurion for Michael Fassbender. Actually, I watched it twice but A) he was shirtless for a bit B) I was working midnight shift at work and was too lazy to find the remote.

I watched Push for Chris Evans. But meh, I didn't find it too terrible.

But my all time favorite terrible movie watching was Doom because of Karl Urban. I actually grew to really like that movie.

I didn't mind Centurion. At least it had great scenery and props, even if the plot left a bit to be desired.

You mentioned Doom and I got really confused because my mind got it mixed up with Dredd, and I was about to rant about how it is most definitely not a terrible movie.

I love Dredd as well!

Well, my sister's currently watching Premium Rush because she likes JGL...

Oh, God, that movie is awful. I watched it because of him too.

I watched "US Marshals" in the theater because of Tommy Lee Jones, and then I bought it many, many years later (to be fair, it was in the $5 bin at Walmart) because of Robert Downey, Jr.

It was just as terrible on a rewatch.

And then there's "Slither," with Nathan Fillion, but I actually enjoyed that movie quite a bit.

US Marshals was mine too, also for Tommy Lee Jones. Such a shitty movie.

Love Natalie Portman, Zooey Deschanel, and (sometimes) James Franco. HATED "Your Highness."

I once watched Tinto Brass' "Caligula" because I had a crush on Malcolm McDowell and my friend had a crush on Helen Mirren. That was ... something. I can't say I'm sorry I saw it though, I kinda really like bad/weird movies.

OMG I could NOT get through the first hour. It remains unwatched.

Like... 60% of the stuff Mark Ruffalo does.

Love the guy to death, but I did a marathon of his movies after rekindling my flame for him, and holy shit some of those indie movies.

For Jesse Eisenberg. Man, that's a terrible movie.

Waiting... for Ryan Reynolds. It was so bad, I couldn't watch the whole thing.

Six Days Seven Nights for Harrison Ford

Oh GOD "Six Days Seven Nights." So. Very. Bloody. Awful.

Ditto "The Devil's Own."

I watched (the first half hour of) The Mosquito Coast for Harrison Ford and that was worse! Fortunately, I had checked it out from the library so I lost nothing by returning it unfinished. Six Days Seven Nights I at least found entertaining enough to sit through.

Everything Chris Hemsworth has been in. The worst so far has been the horrible Red Dawn remake.

I liked MBV!

The James Bond movie that Robert Carlyle was in. Can't think of the name, but it was fucking HORRIBLE. Mr. Carlyle was, as always, divine.

Also 'Skinwalkers' for Jason Behr. Horrible movie, but he looks fucking awesome buck naked and fucking someone against a wall. That *ass*.... :)

The first G.I.Joe movie for Lee Byung Hun. The second movie is actually pretty entertaining if you don't think about it too hard but the first one is so irredeemably bad not even the super random Lee Byung Hun takes his shirt of for no reason fanservice scenes could make up for it.

I love Hugh Laurie, why does he have to be in so many shitty kiddie movies?

When I was a Tim Roth fan I watched quite a few shitty films of his from the Eighties and Nineties.
