The culture has changed. Comments aren't considered the way to show appreciation anymore. Clicking "like/kudos/favorite" and then reblogging/sharing is the new norm. You have to come to terms with that.

And the thing is, they really DON'T owe you anything, just as you don't owe them anything. The fact that you created something doesn't entitle you to accolades or attention anymore than the fact that someone wants something entitles them to have their wishes fulfilled.
