Starbuck/Apollo (Original BSG)
Ezra/? (The Magnificent Seven (TV)) where ? = almost anyone, really, except maybe JD
Nick/Warrick (CSI), though I totally understand why there isn’t a lot of new fic
Paris/Janeway or Paris/Tuvok (ST: Voyager) or both, both would be good
Hardison/Parker/Spencer (Leverage) there’s actually a little trickle of fic being writeen, but there should be so much more

Aww... I always liked Nick/Warrick. And Hardison/Parker/Spencer was my Leverage OT3.

But I'm sorry to say you have incorrect Voyage ships. Janeway/Chakotay and Paris/Chakotay were my jam.

I used to be into Paris/Chakotay, but read a few too many fics where they were out of character in a fanon-has-taken-over kind of way back in the day and lost my taste for it, sorry. Though Janeway/Paris/Chakotay is okay.
