I sadly have no advice for this situation, but I hope the fictionkin thing doesn't get too weird. They'll probably move on to something new if you don't respond?

It just really weirds me out because while I'm totally down with RPing evil characters and even really cracky RPs of them, when you think you were actually freaking Melkor in a past life, I just want to back away real slowly. Like, not only is it weird to think you are a fictional character, but thinking you are a character that is the Middle Earth version of the devil kind of makes me worried about what you are like in real life.

I unfollowed the blog, and the PM person hasn't messaged me in a few days, so hopefully it has all passed.

Nah, I don't think someone being kin with Melkor or any villain is probably evil irl. Most often it's insecure kids trying hard to be tough online.

Agreed. Like all the kids in high school who'd wear all black with spike collars and chains you could trip over and pentagram necklaces and stuff. They just think they're edgy and dark and deep in a way that ~no one else understands~.
