I think fandom has mostly influenced how I talk. There are ways I phrase things now or word pronunciations that are all references to things I've loved over the years.

I catch myself saying, "Cool. Cool cool cool." from time to time among other things.

Yup. I use a lot of British phrases that I've picked up mostly from Harry Potter or Doctor Who.

This is my big thing too, except mine are from 80s/90s shows.

I actually make bad puns and then start singing Who songs.

In the first couple of seasons of HIMYM Ted had this adorable habit of clutching at his chest, which I kind of picked up. And like someone above said, I tend to say "Cool. Cool cool cool" a lot.

I keep a running list of Homestar Runner words and phrases that have snuck their way into my everyday vocabulary. The current total is 34.

Yep this. Was never a fan of licking them before, am terrified of licking them now.

I've picked up some vocabulary from canons, especially books.

I started drinking bourbon because of Supernatural.

My first bottle was Jim Beam. Then I bought Bulleit, then John Medley and now my current bottle is Maker's Mark. After I finish it, I'll try Four Roses or Colorado Straight.

I don't have real tumbler glasses though, which makes me feel a little bit like a fraud. :(
