THANK YOU.

I find a lot of the self-labelled "hardcore gamers" to be people who invest wayyyyyyy too much of their ego and identity into "being a gamer" and act as though any criticism of games is a criticism of them.

Also, level-grinding (and proliferation of the 'hardcore gamer' types) is the reason I hate most MMOs. Sucks all the fun out of it.

I can't believe it's 2015 and this is even still a debate. Gaming's never been better because there's something for everyone here, but tryhards have made it very clear that they view accessibility to be a bad thing.
