I'm curious about this statue. Is it supposed to be anyone in particular, likesome mythological figure?

not secret maker; I wondered if it was Arria Major, whose husband was ordered by the emperor Claudius to commit suicide for his part in a rebellion. And he was apparently hesitating to do the deed, so she stabbed herself first, pulled out the dagger, handed it to him, and told him "Paetus, it does not hurt." She was kind of held up as an example of stern Roman badassness.
