I managed to figure out that this is a ship from the Star Wars: Clone Wars cartoon, but I'm not sure of anything else.

I sourced it from the artist's tumblr, mate.
Anyway, it was a really cute ship from season 2 that had nothing for it for a couple of years, then got sunk in Season 5 rather painfully. The fanartists though, have made some really adorawesome stuff with those two.
