I don't get this.

Take the episode "The Waterbending Scroll" for instance.

Like, Katara's a real jerk in that episode and the narrative treats her that way -- she yells and almost makes Aang cry.

Her being jealous and practicing at night is the reason Zuko finds them, putting everyone in danger.

They almost lose the scroll because of her -- the only reason that they didn't is because of Sokka.

And that's just ONE episode.
