Claire from Outlander. People seem to disagree on how Sueish she is, but come on... after the first book, she's suddenly a Super Doctor with mad inventions like making syringes out of porcupine quills, and of course, she knows the future, and she's amazingly sexy with perky boobs despite being in her 50s with no such thing as a push up bra, etc. etc.
