But they didn't say they wanted 'good' new anime. They want 'manime'. And well lets be honest here, fist of the northstar was terrible. And Dragon Ball Z could be a snore fest at times in terms of pacing.

Eh, to be fair, they sort of fixed the pacing issues with Dragon Ball Z Kai, but yeah, the original/decompressed version of the series went on for way too long in some parts.

I read the manga first. I'll forever be amazed at how the anime managed to stretch out basically every goddamn moment in every possible way.

I can understand OP's feelings. I want more yuri anime, even when most yuri anime has been pretty bad and I know that future yuri shows will probably be bad too. But I still want yuri, even if it sucks.
