Everyone I know in and out of the fandom dislikes Nell, so you're in good company. (TBH, her increased presence annoyed me because I liked Eric so much and she was taking skills away from him. :( )

This is exactly why I hate her too! I love Eric, and her skills basically overlapped his. Overlapped and improved, to the point I was worried they would get rid of him because there was nothing he was doing that she couldn't. And, his "romance" with her often makes him the butt of jokes.

I just find her utterly annoying. It's sad because I loved everything else about the show but she was the one reason that had me quit watching. And she seems to be a show-favorite among the cast/producers so I don't think she's going anywhere. :(
