18. Why the heck would you be looking up RPF about your family? I find that much creepier than writing it.

24. Just friend him and comment that you really like his fics and you'd like to be able to follow his LJ. Then you can get to know him outside of fic without saying outright "I think you're swell, let's be friends!"
