Here's my secret:

I LOVE THAT PAIRING (and the alternative Kakairu as well). But I am so damn ashamed I do. Because annoying elitists always question why would I love it and I want to tell them how I love their dynamic and how their personalities fit together and how I never felt that Kakashi was a PEDO anyway but...I can't. Because Kakairu/Irukaka haters are scary ass shit.

So go you, at least you're not ashamed.

Aww, I love kakairu too! Don't be ashamed. Elitists are lame anyway. Fandom is about having fun and this pairing is nothing if not fun. ;D

I don't mind people asking me my reasoning for supporting a pairing such as Kakashi & Iruka, since it's not an obvious 'ship, and stories for them should contain a greater level of backstory and characterization. But people who aren't even willing to listen to your point of view aren't worth worrying about.
