21. No, you're not the only one. I actually can't stand her, either.

26. I know how you feel. It's always a fresh of breath air when you find someone that can portray a character correctly. I know it may offend or hurt the people who try hard to role play these characters, but a friend would never step in and say this. Sometimes an outsiders opinion can hold some truth, no matter how harsh.

41. I ran across some Mario porn once. I was...shocked. It gets much worse than that, too. People seem to like to slash anything together. I once ran upon a Hey Arnold! porn fic. Yeah, you can imagine my reaction and how raped my childhood was.

42. I think it's because of the previous movies he played in which is why it hit so many people so hard. Plus with him just coming out with this one, it's going to be hard to watch knowing that the actor will never know how people thought of his portrayal. Although I can understand where you are coming from, sometimes it's confusing.

49. I think you should cosplay her anyway! Many females cosplay males and get away with it easily, so why not a guy? It can be done if done properly. Don't let your sex stop you from a chance at something!

She's acting like her opinion of how to play a character is absolute. That's not "truth", that's "being an elitist bitch".

1 is from Please Save My Earth. It's a lovely manga series by Saki Hiwatari, which never really made itself a fandom despite being awesome and epic. It missed the fanscans boat, I think. The whole series is out in America.
