This one I read recently is Gimli's POV as he figures out that he loves Legolas: http://archiveofourown.org/works/3784414. It's short, but cute. The same author does have another Gimli-POV fic with background Gimli/Legolas (http://archiveofourown.org/works/3198149), but it's a) AU, and b) more about Gimli and Thranduil having out a few of their various issues.

I'm trying to think of more, but nothing's coming to mind. I remember that one because it was relatively recent. I need to go on another LotR binge, I think.
