It's been a while since I've read the books so the movie version is more prominent in my mind but guh, just the whole scene is wonderful to me(in a completely upsetting way).

It was just perfectly done. Gets me every time. I'm rewatching Fellowship now, and that is one of my favorite scenes from the movie.

This is one of the scenes I thought was a lot better in the movie than in the book, since in the book it's just Aragorn coming across dying!Boromir and Boromir exposits about what went down offscreen.

I like the books a lot more than I like the movies, but the movies do certain specific scenes a lot better. Probably a writing style issue.
