Plus virology, histology and cultures, depending on the particular facilities at that hospital.

Edit: As I commented below I totally forgot to mention that some hospitals will have DNA testing as part of their lab work. Those are usually specialized treatment centers like cancer clinics, where running microarrays for certain cancers is routine.
