When I checked AO3 after seeing it, I admit I was kind of disappointed that 8/10 Spy fics are about them [Susan Cooper and Rick Ford], when I couldn't help but ship them [Susan Cooper and Bradley Fine]. I mean, Ford's a nicer guy, but I could read about 50k of Fine realising what he's missing, desperately trying to earn her love by treating her as wonderfully as she deserves, all the while growing as a person. (But then again, maybe I just like the idea of Jude Law groveling).

I ship both, but yeah it would be so satisfying to read a multi-chaptered fic where they work things out hilariously but effectively and become endgame.

I prefer Susan/Ford, but I could read a fic about Fine trying to woo her and failing miserably. I don't see how you can come back from that god awful cupcake necklace. That's pretty low.

So much hotter. I was disappointed the movie didn't give him proper shirtless time. Also disappointed that Susan got him in the end but not in a good way. At the very least she could have been disappointed that she didn't remember. Yeah, he was happy to have slept with her but why did she have to be drunk to fuck him?
