Depends

I loathe blonde hair and tan skin.

But I do love tan skin with darker hair.

I LOVE very pale skin and black hair or blonde hair.

I love dark skin with curly or ringlet hair. Dark skin with red tones also looks gorgeous to me. Not redhead per se but more having a hint of red.
