I'm going to guess some combination between Once Upon A Time, Agents of SHIELD and Castle. Once and Castle are showing their age, and I don't think SHIELD has taken off quite like they wanted even yet.

I doubt Marvel would allow a crossover with a non-Marvel property.

The fact that we have cited Disney and Marvel and ABC hasn't even been brought up yet I think is a sign that SHIELD probably isn't catching on because of a too-many-cooks reason.
