Not beverages. Cool water. Lots of and lots of cool water. You need to stay hydrated.

I live in the American South AND I have to work in the heat, so, yeah. Take the advice there. No matter how/what you think of me, this is something that is definitely true.

Um, can you get a box fan or something as well? Or is there a place where you can by a small portable a/c unit? I know over here the small wheeled ones can be a bit pricey and it's advised to use them in small bursts so that you don't rack your utility bill very high. But they work, just don't use them to try and cool an entire apartment/house. They aren't built for that unless you buy the bigger ones, but those are expensive to get AND use.
