The cartoons I grew up with had it. Rocko's Modern Life had an entire episode revolve around Mrs. Bighead trying to cheat on Mr. Bighead.

As a kid I assumed she was just trying to make more friends and Mr. Bighead was just being grumpy.

And most of the Disney movies have uncensored kissing and even the characters producing babies afterwards. That's pretty sexual.
