Do you mean the part of the SU fandom that was too worried about a Brony invasion a while ago? When people were worried about labeling fan art as NSFW? Is that it?

They're probably talking about the people who tell people to use the stephen galaxy tag so TEH CHILDRENS won't be able to go looking for nsfw art. And then spam the tag with telling anyone who uses it to kill themselves because they're pedophilic scum.

Anytime someone says "TEH CHILDRENS" it makes me want to scream.
I don't have any children myself, but if I was one, I'd hate to be abused like that.
