All my friends love it. Meh. I liked the first few, and I like their twitter. All the overarching stuff bores me.

Me too! I stopped listening when it became more of an overarching plot. I finally understand how those SPN fans feel.

Sounds like my friends, only it's Hannibal instead. But I don't follow twitters or anything, so...I haven't been able to get into anything they're into here recently. It's bothering me. :/

I listened to one, and didn't care for it. I listened to another one, and still didn't care for it, so I stopped.

Podcasts don't interest me. I really need visual appeal. I love music, but 99% of the time when I'm listening to music I'm also doing something else. And the podcast in the background is too easy to drown out since it doesn't interest me the way music does. It's basically talk radio or ads. Meh.

...ok basically I think it's just the medium I don't like. So no comments on the show itself.

I haven't watched or heard it, nor do I plan to. Is it a podcast or something?

Yeah, it's a horror/comedy podcast. It's in the format of a radio show broadcast in a desert city/town (not really sure?) called Night Vale, where various eldritch things happen, but they're treated as completely normal by the residents. I stopped listening to it before the overarching plot really took off, but some elements are a scientist from out of town who doesn't think Night Vale is normal, the neighbouring town Desert Bluffs, and the mysterious dog park that no one's supposed to enter. Also, each episode features a song by a real-world artist during "the weather".
