Adam Sandler is a really, really, REALLY good friend, A lot of his friends are vary powerful Hollywood elite who sometimes bad judgement.

I don't know how good a bro Adam Sandler is (I wouldn't want to know because I hate him deeply) but that is so true about Hollywood and business in general. A lot of people fail upwards because they're good to others, sometimes just to get ahead, other times because they're actually nice people who are beloved. And there are many other people in Hollywood who have incredible skill and talent who are floundering because they behave so badly that no one wants to be around them, no matter how much money stands to be made. See the careers of Nia Vardalos, Katherine Heigl, David Caruso, Rick Moranis, Chevy Chase (Everyone on SNL can't stand him)...
