TBH when I read this secret I had to stop and think, "What do I do with my hands when I walk?" I'm not very conscious of it...

(The answer being: most the time I have a purse or messenger bag with me so one hand goes on that, and the other either stays in my pant pocket or if I have no pocket, swings to the side.)

I feel awkward constantly so...whatever makes you confident.

Well, doing that with your hand will get you noticed.
