Re: Suggest a Colin Firth film?

He's fun in the part, humorously pompous and douchebaggy (tries to cheat Eliz I out of 50 pounds :p). I'm not even sure he's that unlikable, tbh, but I suppose he is the closest the film has to a 'villain.'

(I'm biased though: I pretty much love the movie from one end to the other, every scene, every single actor in every role. It and Fifth Element are my go-to choices when I want something colorful that makes me smile.)

Well I want to say that Colin could never be completely unlikable (that's probably the heart eyes talking), but I honestly don't know; he's been in a lot of films I haven't seen!

Fifth Element is a wonderful, fun film. Every time I see it on tv I watch it; it's great for repeated viewings! You seem to have excellent taste so I will trust your judgement in this matter, lol.
