My first OTP outside of online fandom was probably Batman/Robin in the 60s TV series. I was 5 or so and I thought they were totally in love.

My first online fandom was Sports Night/The West Wing, and my favorite pairings then were Sam/Josh, CJ/Toby, Jeremy/Natalie, and Casey/Dan.

Depends on what you mean.

I'd say that the first relationship I was invested in was Anne Shirley/Gilbert Blythe.
The first ship that I liked when it wasn't canon was Luke/Mara.
My first internet ship was Harry/Hermione.

I think the first pairing I ever shipped was probably Ash/Misty, but the first pairing that I consider an OTP is Whitney/Bugsy. It has no canon basis and it's adorable.

Uhhh...jeeze, I guess my FIRST ever OTP was Sailor Moon/Tuxedo Mask when I was like seven or eight years old. I'm not really into anymore (I still like it but I don't actively ship it or anything) but I used to think it was pretty romantic. The age difference bothered me a lot more though when I rewatched the series lol (but that kind of thing comes up so often in anime that I just force myself to ignore it at this point)

I know she's a lesbian and I hope that's not offensive?

It just basically sprang out of season 6 when Buffy was abusing Spike and Willow was abusing Tara and they're two characters who love with everything they have and she's so gentle and caring and he's so passionate and protective.

My bruised fangirl heart needed some comfort for them both and my brain went "Hey!!! *light bulb moment*

Kirk/Spock from The Original Series, which I watched during its first run. I didn't even know what shipping was, but I sure did know what love looked like.

The first pairing I'm into, I'm pretty sure is, weirdly enough, Phoenix Ikki/Shun Andromeda.

I remember being in first grade and looking and those two and thinking; they have a weird relationship, for a pair of siblings. Maybe they like *like* each other. Which means wee me was sensing shippy incesty undertones, but I wasn't even thinking through of the implication.

Other than that there was HaruMichi from Sailor Moon. Also, I could've sworn there was a character named Kira in Ronin Warriors and I shipped her with Ryo, but I was googling around for that and couldn't find a chara named Kira, and I'm now confused.

But I do remember what pairing I started reading fanfic for: Wufei/Relena. Young me was pretty cool. Why oh why did I subsequently become a stereotypical GW yaoi fangirl?

I don't really remember the pairings I liked when I wasn't aware of what fandom was. But after being aware of fandom, I think my first OTPs were Ken/Aya from Weiß Kreuz, Kira/Kato from Angel Sanctuary, Cassian/Jizabel from Godchild/Count Cain, Squall/Seifer from FFVIII and Jin/Hwoarang from Tekken 3 (and the sequels, but that's the game that started it).

Not including Player Character/Canon Love interest, probably my first pairing was Sarevok/Imoen, then after that Vegeta/Bulma, Vegeta/Goku, then Aragorn/Boromir.
