I love Mai! She was funny and awesome. I honestly don't get the hatred fandom had for her :(

Shipping

She gets in the way of Zuko/Katara.

Granted I ADORE Katara, but I've never shipped her with Zuko (they just didn't interact enough in the series for me to get into it -- a few times in Season 1, at the end of Season 2, and then in the final few episodes of Season 3).
