Slightly off topic but the people (or person) who keeps getting grossed out over May/December romances needs to realize that by bashing such relationships, they're not just judging the older man but also the younger woman. A woman who is of the age of consent can choose her own partners and fuck/date/marry whoever she wants of any consenting age. It's completely disempowering to judge such relationships. Even if things end poorly, it was still the woman's decision. It's still the younger person's decision regardless of gender. I'm glad no one is directly touting this as some sort of feminist defense because it's anti-feminist all around.

I guess. I do think that 30-something guys who like to date 18 year old girls tend to be slightly skeevy manchildren, and 18 year old girls usually don't pick up on those signs due to lack of experience. I'm not disregarding her choices because she's a woman; I'm disregarding her choices because she's a fucking teenager and while she has the right to choose she's also highly likely to make bad relationship choices.
