I've been watching as Legends of Belial turns inward on itself. It always had a tendency towards the grotesque, but there used to be stuff that was less intense or even weirdly cute. Lately it just feels like a parade of hideousness, and the folks who're still hanging around are the ones who want to keep making it uglier and uglier.

As someone who literally just wrote a centaur erotica, fanciful romantic books don't sell. Folks want to see a human character pounded by a huge horse dong, not gentle cuddles or slow side saddle walks on the beach into the sunset.
