Everything but the mac 'n' cheese and the brownies looks eminently doable; those two look like they would be hella hard to clean out of the iron, tho'.

I don't know; I would think the mac n cheese wouldn't be any harder to clean out than the scrambled eggs.

Depends if it's a non-stick iron; cheese and non-stick don't mix, IME. Eggs and non-stick (assuming it's not dented/worn out) are usually OK.
