I hate to just say "get help" but if you're not getting off to anything else and you haven't had any therapy or other treatment since the rape, it might be a good idea to look into it.

*shrug* From what I hear, this is actually pretty common with folks who've been through rape. If it bothers you, (and I mean the experience itself, not just the fantasies) a really good book on working with that stuff is Healing Sex, by Staci Haines. It's useful for working with those fantasies if you don't want them so much in your life, or making your peace with them if you prefer.
