Report this to your landlord ASAP. It may be that there's not much that can be done--when I lived in student housing in Baltimore, we were pretty much resigned to living with the fuckers forever. But you could also have a new infestation that would constitute a breach of the implied warrant of habitability, so your landlord should at least know about it and keep you abreast of what they're doing about it.

I wonder if there's something like mosquito netting for roaches...
