By your definition, anyone with manpain refuses to heal? So, what, they should heal up their emotional pain within a specific time frame, or should not discuss some traumatising event if it happened before, what, last week, last month, last year? If too much time has passed and they haven't healed emotionally, it's thereby dubbed manpain? Holy shit, this means I have manpain. And I'm a woman. But what if I was transgender, do your labels change then? Or is it only after a specific timeframe? Is there a waiting period? What if I was transitioning, hm? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.

Have you seen Supernatural? It's like Manpain: The Series. Sam and Dean are always suffering, every single moment. I think that's what they mean about it going on and on.

Batman never getting over his parents' death, EVER, is also a form of that kind of manpain.
