Now you know how I feel. I have no idea what's going on.

I see. Unless he keeps acting weird around you, I honestly wouldn't read into it too much. It doesn't sound like anything too weird or obvious he did on his part, just a typical awkward moment.

If he's getting into your personal space on a regular basis and you aren't okay with that then definitely mention it, but it doesn't sound like that's what's happening? Maybe he wasn't paying much attention to where he was going or if anyone else was in the hall and when he saw you it surprised him.

Everyone has awkward moments, so unless it happens again or something 'worse' happens I wouldn't worry.
