I made apple mint sorbet. I don't have a picture. It tastes like sitting on the patio on a really nice breezy day.

That sounds wonderful! I also did some baking today. I tried a recipe for peanut butter brownies with a chocolate ganache topping from Smitten Kitchen. But now I'm not in the mood for something so heavy and I'd rather have your sorbet.

Mm, that sounds delicious! Want to trade a brownie for a scoop of sorbet?

I made toffee brownies the other day, but the toffee pieces weren't as big and gooey as I'd like, so I might actually have to make toffee and break it up to put in the brownies. Sigh.

I made apricot amaretto cake a few days ago for my friends. They liked it a lot.
