All of the female characters on Scrubs are awesome, but Jordan doesn't get as much time as she deserved. It's a shame because she has a very interesting, atypical personality for a female character written for TV (wears the pants in her relationships, career-driven, non-motherly, emotionally unavailable, yet in a stable relationship and doesn't get "punished" for these traits).

That said, Carla is still my favorite Scrubs female character.

That said, Jordan and Dr. Cox's relationship is the best relationship on Scrubs.
