I can't help you with physics as I was lucky to pass that in my Science GCSE, BUT KICK THE SHIT OUT OF THAT FINAL LORA, YOU CAN DO IT.

Write out all of your assumptions and write out any equations that may be relevant. Show your work - even if you can't solve the problem (or you come up with the wrong solution), you might get partial credit. And diagrams can help.

Also,
Force = mass x acceleration (or more specifically, the change in the velocity vector over the change in time)
KE(i)+ PE(i)= KE(f)+ PE(f) => 0.5mv(i)^2 + mgy(i) = 0.5mv(f)^2 + mgy(f)
are good basic principles to keep in mind.
