I love this song! Haters to the left, yo. It's catchy, she's certainly cuter than I was at 13 and she was livin' the life, and with her friends in the video. It was all so adorable and innocuous, I don't know why everyone had to pile on the way they did.

And yes, I too, to this day, text my ex-roommate on Fridays lyrics from that song. "And Sat-ur-day/is the next day..."

The whole Rebecca Black thing was just sad and ridiculous. So many adults essentially cyber-bullying a 13-year-old girl. For what? Making a silly music video? HOW DARE SHE HAVE FUN!

I'm glad she's doing well. She certainly proved to be a better person than the people hating on her.
